// Who I Am & What I Do

By day, I work on Support Operations at Shopify, building internal tools, workflow automations, and systems that unblock frontline support and operational teams.

I'm not a software engineer by formal trade or pedigree. But in an era where the barrier to building has hit the floor, you don't need a 4-year CS degree to build reliable, high-impact software. With clear intent, modern AI toolchains, and deep operational empathy, a single person can build tools that used to require a dedicated scrum team.

When I step away from the keyboard, I am:

• A Father: The most rewarding, chaotic, high-priority real-time thread in my life.
• A Magic: The Gathering Nerd: Fascinated by the rules engine, priority timing, the stack, and draft strategy.
• A Pittsburgh Steelers Fan: Bleeding black and gold, waving the Terrible Towel, and enduring 60 minutes of defensive nail-biters every Sunday.
